1) Overview

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange under the terms below.

2) Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us you’d like to return it. Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return authorisation.

3) Eligibility

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging). Exclusions apply for final sale, underwear, swimwear, and earrings.

4) Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.

5) Return Process

Email www.savedbygraceclothing.net with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions.

6) Return Costs

UK returns are at your cost unless the item was incorrect or faulty. International returns are the customer’s responsibility.

7) Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8) Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

9) Gifts & Gift Cards

Refunds for gifts go to the original purchaser. Gift cards are non-refundable.

10) Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
