1) Order Processing

· Handling time: Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).

· Cut-off time: Orders placed after [12:00 UK time] are treated as received the next business day.

· Fraud checks: We may hold an order briefly to verify payment or address details.

 

2) Delivery Regions & Services

UK Mainland (England, Wales, Scotland – excluding Highlands)

· Standard Tracked: — 2–4 business days

· Express Tracked: — 1–2 business days

· Next Business Day (order by 12:00):— next business day

· Free UK Standard Shipping on orders over [£75] (after discounts).

 

UK Non-Mainland

· Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland.

· Tracked services only. Transit times typically 3–5 business days; remote areas may take longer. Surcharges may apply for bulky items.

 

3) International Shipping

Mainland Europe (DPD / DHL)

· DPD Classic Tracked:— 5–7 business days from dispatch

· DHL Express:— 2–4 business days from dispatch

· Free Mainland Europe shipping over [£120] (after discounts).

· Notes: Remote areas may incur surcharges; we’ll notify you before shipping.

 

United States (DHL)

· DHL Express Worldwide:— 3–6 business days from dispatch

· Free USA shipping over £200 (after discounts).

· Notes: Delivery to PO Boxes not available. Overweight items (>2kg) may incur a surcharge; we’ll confirm before dispatch.

 

Rest of World

· Tracked services: 7–15 business days from dispatch (carrier varies by country).

· Rates shown at checkout based on destination and weight.

 

4) Duties & Taxes

· Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) by default: Local VAT, duties, and clearance fees are paid by the recipient on arrival.

· If Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is offered at checkout for your destination, all import charges are included upfront.

· We cannot mark orders as “gift” or undervalue shipments.

 

5) Shipping Fees & Free Delivery

· Fees are shown at checkout based on destination, weight and service.

· Free UK Standard Shipping on orders over £75 (after discounts).

· Promotional shipping offers cannot be combined unless stated.

 

6) Dispatch & Tracking

· You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link once your order leaves us.

· Tracking may activate within 24 hours.

· Multiple items may ship separately with individual tracking numbers at no extra cost.

 

7) Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

· Items marked Pre-Order or Made-to-Order display an estimated ship window on the product page.

· Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together on the latest date unless you choose split shipping at checkout (extra charge).

 

8) Address Changes & Delivery Instructions

· We can’t change the delivery address after dispatch. If you need to amend details, contact us immediately at info@savedbygraceclothing.net

· “Safe place” or “leave with neighbour” requests are at your risk. Couriers may refuse if considered unsafe.

 

9) Missed Deliveries, PO Boxes & BFPO

· If delivery is missed, the courier will reattempt or hold at a local depot for 7 days. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us; reship charges may apply.

· We cannot ship to PO Boxes (outside the UK) or parcel lockers unless the carrier supports it. BFPO addresses accepted for eligible services.

 

10) Delays & Force Majeure

· We aren’t liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, customs inspections, peak season, incorrect addresses, or courier backlogs. We’ll help track and resolve issues wherever possible.

 

11) Lost, Damaged or Stolen Parcels

· Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

· Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days (UK) / 14 business days (international), we’ll open a carrier investigation.

· Stolen after delivery scan: Claims must be filed within 7 days of the delivery scan; a police reference or affidavit may be required.

· Refunds/replacements are processed once the investigation concludes or as required by consumer law.

 

12) Risk of Loss & Title

· Risk passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address. Title transfers upon full payment and dispatch.

 

13) Sustainability

· We use recyclable packaging where possible and aim to minimise plastic. Please recycle according to local guidance.

 

14) Christmas & Peak Season Cut-offs

· Recommended last-order dates will be posted on this page each year (typically early- to mid-December for international, mid- to late-December for UK). Peak volumes can add 2–5 extra business days.

 

15) Returns & Exchanges

16) Legal

· Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

· This policy is governed by the laws of England & Wales unless otherwise required.
