General Wholesale

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? To help us support businesses of all sizes, our opening order minimum can be discussed to meet the needs of your business.

How do I place an order? Once your wholesale application is approved, we will send you a password-protected link to our wholesale portal (or a digital line sheet) where you can place orders directly.

Can I sell your products on 3rd party sites (Amazon, Etsy, eBay)? To maintain the integrity of the Saved by Grace & Relax & Bathe brands, we currently only partner with retailers selling through their own physical storefronts or independent websites.

Product Specifics

Are your soaps and sponges handmade? Yes! Our whipped soaps and soap sponges are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in colour or texture may occur, which is the hallmark of truly artisanal body care.

What kind of wax do you use in your candles? We use a high-quality [e.g., Rapeseed &Coconut] wax blend to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn that is safe for the home and the environment.

Do you offer private labelling? Currently, all products must be sold under the Saved by Grace Clothing brand. We do not offer white-label or private-label services currently. Relax and Bathe however does offer a white labelling & private labelling service.

Shipping & Returns

How long does it take to ship wholesale orders? Since our soaps and candles are often made to order to ensure freshness, our typical lead time is  7–14 business days. During peak holiday seasons, this may extend slightly.

Who covers the shipping costs? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. These costs are the responsibility of the retailer.

What if an item arrives damaged? We take great care in packing our glass candles and apothecary items. However, if something breaks during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will issue a credit or replacement.
